Patient Choice, Inc. is a Home Health Agency servicing Palm Beach and Broward counties. It was founded by Anne Munoz in 1995. Mrs. Munoz and her staff have committed to make Patient Choice the #1 Home Health Agency. The reason for this is, Mrs. Munoz became her mother's primary caregiver in 1994 due to the sub-standard care her mother received from different home health agencies. Our goal at Patient Choice, Inc. is to provide a specialized service of caring professionals who can assist our clients and their loved ones in acheiving maximum levels of wellness and independence. We are also an approved state educator administering state required CEU's. We accept Medicare, Private Pay, and most Insurance Policies.

Our primary mission as it related to our patients is to deliver comprehensive, high quality , cost effective home care services while utilizing highly skilled professional staff to enhance the support and dignity of all those we serve.

Our staff is carefully chosen and most have been with Patient Choice , Inc. since day one. Each staff member is provided with intense training by our team members to ensure the utmost care. Each of our caregivers gets a complete FDLE background screening before commencing employment with our agency.
